• Double Bedroom - bed linen and towels included in the price. Hairdryer.
• Bedroom with adult bunk 
• Bathroom complete with roll top bath and shower over the bath
• Kitchen - fully fitted with electric cooker and ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine
• Porch providing secure storage for bikes, prams etc. 
• Shared lawned garden 
• Off road parking available for two vehicles

For younger visitors, a travel cot, baby monitor, stair gate, high chair, back pack and all terrain buggy are available on request.

Bike hire and canoe hire can be arranged beforehand and delivered direct to the door.
